General terms and conditions of sales
The online store CorpoWear.ee (hereafter Online Store) is owned by OÜ Corpowear (registry code 11916096) located at Turu 41, Tartu.

Validity of sales contract and information regarding products and prices
Terms of sale are valid upon any purchase from the Online Store.
All prices are shown in Euros and all prices in the Online Store are shown without value added tax.
We offer free delivery in Estonia. Please refer to the Delivery section for more information on delivery fees. If delivery fee is applied, it will be displayed before check out.
Information about the product in the Online Store is directly presented along with the product.
To order a product all desired items need to be added to the cart. Necessary fields must be filled and a suitable delivery method must be chosen for order processing. The order sum will then be shown and it is payable by bank link or other method of payment. All billings are in Euros. For a convenient payment process we offer the option of payment by bank link, invoice based payment or on-location payment by cash or card.
The contract will come into effect at the moment of payment arrival to the Online Store bank account.
Orders made in the Online Store will be handled on working days between 8.30 and 17.00. Orders submitted after the end of the working day, on weekends, or on national holidays will be handled on the next working day.
The goods will be shipped within 1-7 working days from the date of arrived payment using the chosen method of delivery. The order will be cancelled if the bill has not been paid within 7 working days.
All products and quantities might not be available on-location and are instead available for order and will generally be delivered to the customer within 4-7 working days. Information about inventory and delivery time can be requested by calling +372 5557 0111.
If the ordered goods are out of stock or not available for some other reason, the customer will be notified and following options are available:
- Backorder the items (we will notify the customer of the first possible delivery time);
- Choose equivalent products;
- Cancel order (refund will be processed immediately, including delivery fees if there were any).
Above options are valid for 14 days after being notified.
You can choose between 3 options to receive your order:
- DPD courier
- Itella Smartpost parcel machine
- Pick up in store (during opening times from Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 17.00 at Turu 41, Tartu.).
If You wish to pick up the goods from the store we will prepare them in 1 to 3 working days. If You wish to pick up the goods on the day of ordering please confirm the availability by contacting the store over phone, using the Online Store chat or by email email@example.com.
If the order is ready for delivery You will be notified by email or over the phone. To receive the order please provide us with identification (ID card, driving licence, passport). If You wish the order to be picked up by a third party please let us know by email or in the comments section when ordering.
Goods will be delivered across Europe.
The costs of delivery will be covered by the customer and the necessary information regarding the price will be displayed with the delivery option. At this moment we offer free delivery across Estonia. Deliveries in Estonia will generally arrive at the location provided by the customer within 2-7 working days starting from the date of the sales contract coming to effect. Goods delivered outside Estonia will arrive within 14 calendar days. In case of extraordinary cases we reserve the right to deliver within 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
The customer reserves the right to withdraw from the contract signed in the Online Store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply for legal persons.
To use the 14-day right to withdraw the ordered goods cannot be used in any other way than is necessary for testing the nature, properties, and functionality as permitted in a physical store. If the goods have been used in any other way than is necessary for testing the nature, properties, and functionality, or the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refunded sum corresponding to the reduction in value of the goods. To return goods the application must be submitted at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The costs of returning goods are covered by the customer with the exception of goods returned which do not match the order (e.g. wrong or defective item). The customer is required to return the goods within 14 days after submitting the application or provide proof that the goods have been returned to the carrier. The Online store will refund all contractual fees received from the customer without delay after receiving the returned goods but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal application.
The Online Store reserves the right to decline refunds until having received the goods subject to contract or until the customer has provided proof of returning the goods depending on which occurs first. If the customer has explicitly chosen a different method of delivery than the cheapest option offered by the Online Store then the Online Store is not obliged to refund any costs exceeding the cost of a regular delivery.
The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and reclaim the goods if the price of the goods in the Online Store are mistakenly marked significantly lower than the market price of the goods.
Right of submitting a complaint
The Online Store is responsible for discrepancies or defects existing at delivery or appearing within 2 years starting from delivery to customer regarding the sales condition of goods. During the first 6 months from delivery to customer it is presumed that the defect existed at the moment of delivery. Refuting this presumption is the responsibility of the Online Store. The customer has the right of appeal to the Online Store within 2 months from the first appearance of a defect by email at email@example.com or over phone at +372 5557 0111.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects which have come into being after delivery of the goods to the customer. If goods ordered from the Online Store have defects which are the responsibility of the Online Store, the defective goods will be repaired or replaced by the Online Store. If the goods can not be repaired or replaced the Online Store will refund all contractual fees received from the customer. The Online Store will respond to the customers complaint within 15 days in writing or in a form reproducible in writing.
The Online Store uses personal data (including name, phone number, address, email address, bank details) submitted by the customer only for order processing and delivery of goods.
The Online Store will forward the personal data to a business providing the transportation service for the purpose of delivery.

In case the customer has any complaints regarding the Online Store all complaints must be sent to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling +372 5557 0111.
If the customer and the Online Store are unable to settle the dispute by agreement then the customer can turn to the Consumer Appeal Board (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon). The Consumer Appeal Board has authority to resolve disputes regarding the contract signed between the customer and the Online Store. Submitting the complaint to the Board for review is free of charge. The customer can turn to the consumer complaint resolution platform of the European Union.
